100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee. We are committed to your satisfaction. if you are unsatisfied with one our products, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement item of the same value.
Refunds: We do not provide product refunds on products.
We have a 3-day exchange/replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a replacement candle as a result of the candle or product malfunctioning.

Candle Making Class Refunds: We will be more than happy to provide a credit for any ticket purchased for one of our candle making classes if you are unable to attend but do not issue refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please reach out if you feel you have an exception to the rule to discuss with us. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and are hopeful that a resolution can be provided.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
